UK ENTRY AND VISA

International attendees should be aware that you may require an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) or a visa to enter the UK.

The ETA, introduced in 2025, is an entry requirement for visa-exempt travellers. This online travel authorisation will be required for visitors from countries that do not currently require a visa for short stays.

Travellers must apply for the ETA before their trip, providing essential personal and travel details. It’s important to check if your nationality is included in the list of countries that require the ETA and to apply well in advance of the event to ensure smooth entry into the UK.
